    I was really taken back by how efficient this location is. I dropped off my car for an oil, change tire rotation, and ask them to look at my brakes because I knew they were getting close to needing work. I’m sitting in the waiting room I get a text indicating that I should review recommendations. There’s a full report of everything pictures of the brakes. How much in millimeters there are left. It asked me do I want to authorize the work to be done today. I signed off on it with my finger and they began to work on the brakes. I never had to leave my seat. Then when the car was ready, it texted me that the car was ready, and I walked out to the front desk. Paid my bill and off I went. The waiting room itself was very comfortable as well.     My truck is leaking oil from the oil filter. This is the second old change in a row that the deal has screwed up.

    You need to figure out your Pricing!!!! Mirak had solid pricing, McGovern does not. Ed as the Service Advisor was great. Your website is horrendous want to Charge $252.00 for an oil change!!!!! It's a Chevy! Then I get an email for 49.95 but was then charged 59.95 because no one knew of the special even though I brought the document. The service advisor did a great job abjusting. Your pricing is not in line with other dealerships. This is McGovern's fault. If you want people to come to the dealer for service, you need to be competitive with your pricing structure.
