I replaced my tires at my last service appointment. Unfortunately, when I picked up my truck, my rims were covered in grease. It's disappointing that after spending so much money on new tires, the tech left my car in that condition. I did go back and show my service rep, Ed, and he offered for me bring my truck back at a later date for a wash. I appreciated Ed's response and offer. However, the service tech should not return my truck in that condition, and for me to have to take more time out of my day to return to the dealership for a car wash/cleanup.

Excellent service

The people I dealt with were very nice. Two weeks prior to dropping off my car I had the wheels high speed balanced and a alignment. I was notified my tires needed to be balanced and that I would need an alignment. I agreed to rebalance the tires but said no about the alignment. I picked up my car drove home in heavy traffic. So the next day I drove the car and the shaking was still there. So I believe I wasted money having the tires re-balanced. I don't believe the car was tested after the tires were re-balanced because anyone would feel the wobble if they drove the car and accelerated the car like entering a ramp for a highway. Basically, just get on the gas pedal. So how can I rate the dealership 5 star when after getting my car back and costing over $200.00 and the car doing what I originally brought it in for.
